　  Professor Pierre H. Dixneuf, university of Rennes, institut sciences chimiques de Rennes, France, visited LICP on April 16, 2009 and gave a lecture entitled “Ruthenium carbenes in catalysis”. Prof. Dixneuf’s research topics include carbon-rich organometallics in new molecular architectures and homogeneous catalysis (selective formation of C-C bonds with Ru catalysts, alkene metathesis, etc.). He is the author of more than 360 scientific papers (including 11 reviews) and 2 books.
