YANG Hui, director of the Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics (SINANO) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), CHEN Liwei, deputy director of SINANO and XU Ke, assistant director of SINANO arrived at the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics (LICP) of the CAS on March 7.

They first visited Professor XUE Qunji, member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and director of the academic committee of LICP. Then accompanied by LIU Weimin, director of LICP, they came to the exhibition room, State Key Laboratory for Oxo Synthesis and Selective Oxidation, State Key Laboratory of Solid Lubrication, CAS Key Laboratory of Chemistry of Northwestern Plant Resources. They were acquainted with the research areas, projects, scientific results, research platforms, human resources, industrialization of scientific results, etc, of LICP.

After the visit, two sides talked about issues concerning possible cooperation and exchanges.
