A study by the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Science, namely research on new anti-tumor medicine, has won the second prize of Award for Science and Technology Progress of Gansu province.
Taking Juglans regia L as the research object and aiming to screen anti-tumor active substance and develop new anti-tumor medicine, LICP researchers have made a series of achievements. They have, for the first time, clarified the material basis of the anti-tumor effect of Juglans regia L, screened out potential Juglanin B which has druggability, developed the industrial preparation method of Juglanin B with macroporous adsorbent resin as the core technique.
