XING Weihong, vice president of Nanjing University of Technology (NUT), visited Lanzhou University of Chemical Physics (LICP) of Chinese Academy of Sciences on May 25. XING Weihong is also the director of National Engineering Research Center for Special Separation Membrane and winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars.

Accompanied by WANG Qihua, vice director of LICP and ZHANG Changchun, assistant director of LICP, XING Weihong visited the exhibition room and State Key Laboratory for Oxo Synthesis and Selective Oxidation and was acquainted with the history, scientific achievements and development strategies of LICP.  

WANG Qihua and XING Weihong have agreed on tighter cooperation between LICP and NUT in the aspects of academic exchanges, cultivation of postgraduates and so on to boost mutual development.
