Introduction to Professor LEI Aiwen:
Professor LEI Aiwen received his bachelor’s degree and doctor’s degree from Huaibei Normal University and Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1995 and 2000 respectively. He then did postdoctoral research at Pennsylvania State University from September 2000 to August 2003. From August 2003 to March 2005 he worked as a research associate at Stanford University. In March 2003 he joined the College of Chemistry and Molecular Science at Wuhan University.
Professor LEI’s research interests include metal-organic chemistry, physical organic chemistry and bioinorganic chemistry. He has published more than 80 papers in J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Rev., Chem. Soc. Rev. and so on since he started independent research.
