Resume:

Dr. Xiuxun Han received the B.Sc. in Chemistry from Shandong University in 1999 and the Ph.D. in Material Physics and Chemistry from Institute of Semiconductors (CAS) in 2005. From Oct. 2005 to Feb. 2012, he worked as a researcher in Nagoya University, Saga University and Toyota Technological Institute with research topics on the low－dimensional compound semiconductor and photovoltaic devices. In Feb. 2012, he joined Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics (CAS) as a Professor. He has published over 20 peer-refereed papers in journals including Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys., and J. Phys.: Condens. Matter, etc.
