Resume:

She is a researcher and supervisor of master student. She graduated from Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Bachelor’s degree in 1996, and from Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Master’s degree in 1996. She worked in Gansu Provincial Institute for Drug Control as a pharmacist-in-charge from 1999 to 2005. She obtained Doctor’s degree from Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2005 and has been working there since 2005. She has authored over 60 scientific publications in domestic and foreign academic journals such as Trends Anal. Chem., Anal. Chim. Acta, J. Chromatogr. A, Talanta, Food Chem., J. Pharm. Biomed. Anal. etc. She has applied for 8 national patent of invention, of which 6 has been granted.

Research areas:

Her research interests are mainly focused on: (1) the development and application of novel sample pretreatment techniques. (2) the development of chromatographic methods to quantify bioactive constituents in medical plants or their formulas for the quality control. (3) new drug research of traditional Chinese medicine and development of plant functional components.
