Research Experiences:
Jan. 2006 – Present:  Research Professor, Group leader of oil and grease of Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics (LICP).
Responsible for the research of oil additives , grease and sealing materials in State Key Laboratory of Solid Lubrication. Those materials meet the requirements of  extreme work conditions of petro-chemical and electronic industry.
