Abstract: The fluroxypyr-dodecyl content has been determined by the UV spec trophotometry. Methanol was chosen as the solvent. The concentration absorbance was linear in the range of 12.0～20.0μg/mL; the linear regression equation was A=0.0815C+0.0318 (R2=0.9832). The average recovery was 90.86％, and RDS was 5.3％(n=6). The results show that this method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible.
