Advances in GC analysis of Wetland Greenhouse Gases and Sampling-Injection Techniques

Abstract: The progress in the analysis of greenhouse gas flux at home and abroad is summarized. The research results of greenhouse gases fluxes of Zoige Plateau wetland are introduced. A new sampling-injection technique has been developed to improve the repeatability and stability of GC method in  the greenhouse gas flux research which expands the  scope of application of chromatographictechnique in the field of ecological environment. Prospects on the development and application of the auto-sampling-injection technique is outlined.
