Abstract: Capillary electrophoresis was applied to the simultaneous determination of trigonelline, dictamnine and choline in the root of dictamnus dasycarpus turcz. 3 analytes were well separated within 5 min with a voltage of 24 kV in a 5 mmol/L borate buffer (pH=8.4) with 3 mmol/L SDS and 0. 1% triton X-100. The detection was carried out at 230 nm. The linearity ranged from 5~100mg/mL for trigonelline 、5~75 mg/mLfor dictamnine and 50~300 mg/mL for choline. The detection limit of 3 components was 1.4 (trigonelline)、1.4 (dictamnine) and 16 mg/mL (choline), respectively. The recoveries of 3 active ingredients were between 92.0%~101.0%.
