Abstract: 3mL HNO3 and 2mL H2O2 were chosen for the sample digestion, 10 trace elements (Mn、Zn、Cu、Se、Ni、Co、Cr、As、Cd、Pb) in flue-cured tobacco samples were determined by ICP-MS with microwave digestion. All the detection limits of 10 elements were less than 0.02 μg/g and all the RSDs(n=5) of elements were less 3%.The recoveries of spiked samples were in the range of 97.35% and 101.30%. The results show that the method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be applied to the analysis of trace elements in flue-cured tobacco.
