Abstract: Two different methods for the experimental data output obtained on an Rigaku D/Max-2400 powder X-ray diffractometer were developed in this paper. How to explore the experimental data as well as the detailed operation process under the condition of Dos command and with the software were demonstrated respectively. The introduction of these two methods is of certain significance and referential value for the experimental data output obtained with the same kind of X-ray diffractometer.
