Spectra and Structure Data Analysis of Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride

Abstract:The elemental analysis, infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum, mass spectrum, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (BB, DEPT- 45, 90, 135 ), 1H-1H correlated spectroscopy(1H-1H COSY), Heteronuclear multiple bond coherence (HMBC) of moxifloxacin hydrochloride were comprehensively reported and interpreted. Based on the 1H-1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC, all the 1H NMR and 13C NMR chemical shifts were elucidated the structure, and the molecular structure of moxifloxacin hydrochloride has been identified.
