Abstract:  The components of the carrier gas module and power supply gas module of the flow diagram of CS600 are introduced separately, and the concept of instrument model is presented . The states of the electromagnetic valves in different models are arranged in tables  with the the demonstration of the gas paths, and a discussion on the common faults is given.
