Abstract: Several Mg-Al hydrotalcite-like compounds were synthesized via coprecipitation-hydrothermal-treatment. XRD, NH3-TPD, CO2-TPD and TEM were used to characterize the structure of catalyzts. Mg/Al ratios that affect the structure and surface acidity-basicity of products were researched. And the catalytic performances of Mg-Al hydrotalcite-like compounds were evaluated by a probe reaction that acetone turns into diacetone alcohol.
