Abstract: Co3O4-CeO2 catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method, precipitation method, citric acid complex method and polyatomic alcohol method. The crystal structure, reduction the properties, adsorption properties and specific surface were investigated by XRD, TPR, TPD, FT-IR, BET. The results show that the preparation methods make great effects on the catalytic properties of the Co3O4-CeO2. The catalyst which was prepared by thepolyatomic alcohol method can promote the interaction of the Co3O4 and CeO2.The catalyst has lower reduction temperature , larger CO desorption area, the conversion rate of CO can reach to 90% in 140 ℃ temperature.
