Abstract: In this papers, we will summarize the past decade, synthesis of phosphite ligands and their application in asymmetric hydrogenation. Were introduced design and synthesis of bidentate, monodentate, and heterocyclic P, P 'ligands, heterocyclic P, N ligands, as well as in catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation of the results obtained and briefly discussed aspects of the mechanism. For each specific reaction, we are particularly concerned about the optimization of reaction conditions.
