Abstract: Carbon dioxide and epoxide can synthesize Aliphatic Polycarbonate which is bio-degradable material. This technology can reduce emission of carbon dioxide and produce bio-degradable plastic. Industrialization development and problems were summarized . Progresses on catalysts and copolymer modification were reviewed.
