Pursuant to the work requirements, the Allelopathy Research Group in Key Laboratory of Natural Medicine of Gansu Province, Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics hereby invites 2-3 fixed researchers to participate mainly in allelopathy research projects. 

1. Prerequisite

Good political quality and moral cultivation, well behaved and good conduct；

China or/overseas Ph. D. degree obtained or the Ph. D. candidates who will graduate in 2009；

Under 35-year-old of age and in good health condition；

Strong scientific research capability, professional dedication and excellent teamwork spirit；

Publications relevant to the said project in the core China or overseas journals；

Good English spoken and written ability.

2.Specialty requirements

Molecular biology

Strong background in biology or molecular biology. Good experience in the research of the relevant project and molecular biology of active secondary metabolites will be preferred;

Plant Pathology

Strong background in plant pathology and experience in the research of Plant Pathology is preferred;

Chemistry of natural products

Skilled at identification and structural modification of the secondary metabolites is prefered.
