Field evaluation

The field evaluation of the Key Laboratory for Natural Medicine of Gansu Province was organized by the Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Department on June 2.

HE Weihua, associate counsel from the Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Department, introduced the standards of the evaluation and expressed his thanks to the laboratory for its contribution to the sci-tech development in Gansu Province. On behalf of the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics (LICP) to which the laboratory is affiliated, Porf. WANG Qihua, vice director of the LICP, also extended his thanks to the department and hoped that experts could put forward some advice for the future development of the laboratory. Prof. SHI Yanping, director of the laboratory made the work summary of the laboratory from 2008 to 2010 and answered the questions raised by the experts. After the evaluation, the experts paid a visit to the laboratory.

The evaluation was chaired by Prof. MA Wei, leader of the evaluation experts group and vice director of Cold and Arid Regions Environment and Engineering Research Institute of the CAS.
