2009 results of all kinds of sponsor named scholarships and awards of the Chinese Academy of Sciences were unveiled recently. Prof. Wang Qihua, vice director and doctoral supervisor of LICP, won the Zhuliyuehua Award for Outstanding Teachers. Hu Xun, Li Xuehu, Liu Jianming, Liu Lequan, Liu Yanyan, Luo Zhuangzhu, Mo Yufei, Wan Shanhong, Wang Fang, Wu Weici, Zhang Xinrui and Zhang Yan won the Zhuliyuehua Award for Outstanding Doctors.

Zhuliyuehua Scholarship and Award for Outstanding Teachers were established in 2007 from the donation by Ms. Zhuliyuehua, the famous financier and president of Hongkong Kingston Group, to promote the development of science and education in the mainland of China and to encourage excellent doctors and postgraduate teachers. They include two awards, namely Zhuliyuehua Award for Outstanding Doctors of the CAS and Zhuliyuehua Award for Outstanding Teachers of the CAS.
