Professor SHI Feng from Henan University Visits LICP

Professor SHI Feng from Henan University visited Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics (LICP), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), on October 10.

During his visit, he delivered a report entitled Recent Advances in Aryne Chemistry & Alkynylation-based Catalysis and Cascades. In the first part of the report, Professor SHI introduced the properties of aryne, its research background and work his group has done in aryne chemistry in recent years. His group has developed some methods to synthesize nitrogen containing privileged structures. In the second part of his report, he introduced his group’s work on catalytic alkynylation and related cascades.

Professor SHI Feng is delivering a report.
