Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics (LICP) of Chinese Academy of Sciences held 9th Public Science Day from May 18 to May 19.

During the activity, the exhibition room, State Key Laboratory of Solid Lubrication, State Key Laboratory for Oxo Synthesis and Selective Oxidation, CAS Key Laboratory of Chemistry of Northwestern Plant Resources were open to the public. During the two-day’ event, LICP has received about 500 visitors, including middle school students, college students and citizens from the nearby neighborhood.

The aim of this event was to make scientific knowledge more accessible to the general public.
