1) Functional coatings based on silicone and silica, and their applications in the fields of superhydrophobic, superoleophobic surfaces and oil/water separation, etc.
2) Functional nanocomposites based on silicate clay minerals and their applications in the fields of adsorption, catalysis and polymer reinforcement, etc.
3) Functional gels and their applications in the fields of controlled drug delivery, water and oil absorption, etc.
