Formaldehyde is a major organic pollutant and can cause great damage to human health. Current formaldehyde elimination methods focus on absorption and catalytic oxidation of indoor gaseous formaldehyde with low density. These methods cannot meet the needs of oxidative elimination of high-density formaldehyde in industrial waste water. Moreover, ...
Solar-energy utilization is realized through solar collectors. With the development of industrial utilization of solar energy and solar energy buildings, the demand of flat plate solar collectors is growing considerably.
The research group headed by Professor DI Duolong at the Key Laboratory of Chemistry of Northwestern Plant Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) at the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics (LICP) has developed a method to extract highly purified polypeptides from deer blood.
1,3-diamines are important structural motifs in many natural products and pharmaceuticals. As a result, much effort has been devoted to the development of effective methods to access these compounds. However, unlike their 1,2-diamine counterparts, few methods for the direct synthesis of 1,3-diamines have been described.
